My Funded Futures Rules: Rapid, Rapid EOD, Builder & Pro

25 min read

Understanding My Funded Futures rules before you start trading can save you from a blown account and a wasted evaluation fee. Most traders who fail at MFF don't lose because their strategy is bad. They lose because they tripped a rule they didn't fully understand, whether that's the trailing drawdown, the consistency requirement, or a news restriction they forgot about.

This guide breaks down every rule that matters across all four current MFF plans (Rapid, Rapid EOD, Builder, and Pro) so you know exactly what you're signing up for.

How My Funded Futures Works

My Funded Futures (also called MFF or MFFU) is a futures prop firm with a three-stage path: a single-phase evaluation, a sim-funded account where you trade for payouts, and a live account with real capital once you meet your plan's transition rules. Evaluations are a one-time purchase with no monthly subscription and no time limit.

You can trade futures products listed on the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, and COMEX exchanges, from full-size contracts down to micros, including Micro Bitcoin and Micro Ether. Platforms include Tradovate, which also gives you NinjaTrader and TradingView access.

MFF offers four plan types: Rapid, Rapid EOD, Builder, and Pro. Every evaluation uses an end-of-day trailing max loss, and the profit target and max loss amount are the same across plans at each account size. The plans differ on consistency, minimum trading days, daily loss limits, contract limits, and what happens once you're funded. T1 news trading is allowed during all evaluations.

Here are all four My Funded Futures plans compared side by side, from account size to profit split.

These are the four plans MFF currently sells. The Flex plan was discontinued on August 5, 2026, and traders still on it can find its rules on MFF's Flex plan pages. MFF's experimental Studio accounts follow their own rules. Neither is covered in this guide. The sections below walk through each current plan from evaluation to payout.

MFF Rapid Plan Rules

Rapid offers the fastest payouts, available daily, and the highest profit split at 90/10. It also has the highest contract limits of any MFF plan at every account size, but once you're funded the drawdown trails intraday, so unrealized gains move your max loss up during the session.

Rapid Evaluation Rules

Rapid comes in four account sizes: 25K, 50K, 100K, and 150K. To pass, hit the profit target in at least 2 trading days, with no single day making up more than 50% of your total profit. You fail the evaluation if your balance, including open positions, falls to the end-of-day trailing max loss. The max loss stops trailing once you close a day at the lock point in the table, and from then on your floor stays fixed at $100 above your starting balance. Going over the contract limit or going 7 calendar days without a trade can also close the account.

Rapid Funded Account Rules

Once you're funded, the drawdown switches from end-of-day to intraday trailing, the consistency rule drops off, and T1 news trading is not allowed. Contract limits and the 7-day inactivity rule stay the same as the evaluation. You can hold up to 5 Rapid sim-funded accounts across the 25K and 50K sizes, or 3 total if any account is a 100K or 150K.

Rapid sim-funded accounts start at a $0 balance. Your max loss starts below zero (-$2,000 on a 50K) and moves up with your highest equity during the session, not just at end of day, staying the same distance behind. When your equity peaks at $2,100 on a 50K, the max loss stops trailing and your floor locks at $100. After it locks, the account is only breached if your balance drops below $100. Open positions count toward it.

Rapid Payout Rules

Rapid pays daily at a 90/10 split. Your first payout becomes available 24 hours after your first trade on the funded account, once you've built the required buffer in realized profit. The buffer is the same amount as the drawdown lock point, so by the time you've built it, your max loss has already stopped trailing and your floor sits at $100.

Payouts come from profit above the buffer, with a $500 minimum per request and no maximum payout, so you can take everything above the buffer. That means the smallest payout needs a balance of the buffer plus $500.

A single day with $10,000 or more in net profit moves the account to live automatically, and anything above $10,000 that day is forfeited. MFF's risk team can also move an account to live after a review.

MFF Rapid EOD Rules

Rapid EOD is built on the same foundation as Rapid, with daily payouts and a 90/10 split. The differences are an end-of-day trailing drawdown once you're funded instead of intraday, a 30% consistency rule in the evaluation, lower contract limits, and a minimum amount of net profit you need to make between payouts.

Rapid EOD Evaluation Rules

Rapid EOD comes in two account sizes: 25K and 50K. To pass, hit the profit target in at least 4 trading days, with no single day making up more than 30% of your total profit.

Rapid EOD Funded Account Rules

Once you're funded, the consistency rule drops off and T1 news trading is not allowed. The drawdown stays end-of-day trailing, and contract limits and the 7-day inactivity rule stay the same as the evaluation. You can hold up to 3 Rapid EOD sim-funded accounts at each size.

Rapid EOD sim-funded accounts start at a $0 balance, so your max loss starts below zero (-$2,000 on a 50K). It moves up only when your account closes a session at a new high, staying the same distance behind. When your end-of-day balance peaks at $2,100 on a 50K, the max loss stops trailing and your floor locks at $100. After it locks, the account is only breached if your balance drops below $100. Open positions count toward it.

The buffer is the same amount as the drawdown lock point, so by the time you've built it, your max loss has already stopped trailing and your floor sits at $100.

Payouts come from profit above the buffer, with a $500 minimum per request and no cap per cycle. After your first payout, each new request also needs a set amount of net profit since your last payout.

Live transition works the same as Rapid: a single day with $10,000 or more in net profit moves the account to live automatically, and anything above $10,000 that day is forfeited.

MFF Builder Plan Rules

Builder is the most beginner-friendly plan, with one minimum trading day, no consistency rule, and a built-in daily loss limit. The tradeoff comes once you're funded: payouts are capped per cycle, a 50% consistency rule applies to each payout, and you get 5 sim payouts before you move to live.

Builder Evaluation Rules

Builder comes in four account sizes: 25K, 50K, 100K, and 150K. To pass, hit the profit target in at least 1 trading day. There's no consistency rule.

Every size has a daily loss limit that works as a soft pause. If your losses for the day reach it, trading stops for the rest of the session, but the account stays open and you pick back up the next session.

On the 50K, Builder offers two max loss options at checkout: $2,000 (default) or $1,500 (lower price). The max loss you choose carries through to your sim-funded and live stages.

Builder Funded Account Rules

Once you're funded, a 50% consistency rule applies to each payout. Unlike the other MFF plans, Builder keeps T1 news trading allowed once you're funded. The drawdown stays end-of-day trailing, and the daily loss limit, contract limits, and 7-day inactivity rule stay the same as the evaluation. You can hold up to 2 Builder sim-funded accounts on the 25K and 1 at a time on the 50K, 100K, and 150K.

Builder sim-funded accounts start at a $0 balance, so your max loss starts below zero (-$2,000 on a 50K). It moves up only when your account closes a session at a new high, staying the same distance behind. When your end-of-day balance peaks at $2,100 on a 50K, the max loss stops trailing and your floor locks at $100. After it locks, the account is only breached if your balance drops below $100. Builder Payout Rules

Builder pays at an 80/20 split, with up to 5 sim payouts before you move to live. You can request your first payout 48 hours after your first trade, once you've built the required buffer. The buffer is the same amount as the drawdown lock point, so by the time you've built it, your max loss has already stopped trailing and your floor sits at $100.

Each payout cycle needs at least 2 trading days, and your best day in the cycle can't be more than 50% of the cycle's total profit. That check resets after every approved payout. Your first payout also needs a minimum amount of profit above the buffer, each payout after that needs the same amount since your last one, and every payout is capped per cycle.

Tanto auto-syncs your MFF trades from your broker, so you can watch your distance to the trailing max loss while you build the buffer. Once you're requesting payouts, you can check your best day against Builder's 50% consistency rule and your net profit since your last payout.

After your 5th approved sim payout, you're eligible to move to a live account. On the 100K and 150K, that live account is with Blue Row Capital.

MFF Pro Plan Rules

Pro is built for the highest payout potential, with a $100,000 maximum payout per user. The tradeoff is a 14-day wait before your first payout and lower contract limits than Rapid.

Pro Evaluation Rules

Pro comes in three account sizes: 50K, 100K, and 150K, and the 50K also comes as a One Day option. To pass, hit the profit target in at least 2 trading days, with no single day making up more than 50% of your total profit. The 50K One Day raises the profit target to $4,000, but drops the consistency rule and lets you pass in 1 trading day.

Pro Funded Account Rules

Once you're funded, the consistency rule drops off and T1 news trading is not allowed. Contract limits and the 7-day inactivity rule stay the same as the evaluation, and a 50K One Day account follows the same funded rules as the Pro 50K. If all your sim-funded accounts are 50K, you can hold up to 5. Holding any 100K or 150K drops the limit to 3 total.

Unlike Rapid and Builder, Pro's max loss is measured from the full account size instead of a $0 balance. It stays end-of-day trailing until your first payout. After that, it moves to $100 above your starting balance and stays there for good.

Pro Payout Rules

Pro pays at an 80/20 split, with a $1,000 minimum per request and a $100,000 maximum per user. Your first payout opens 14 calendar days after your first trade on the funded account, and you also need to clear the payout buffer: $2,100 on a 50K, $3,100 on a 100K, and $4,600 on a 150K.

Pro moves to live differently from the other plans. Three consecutive payouts on the same account, reaching the $100,000 payout cap, or an invitation from MFF's risk team can each trigger a review for live. Reaching $20,000 in profit also triggers a review, but doesn't guarantee a move. Any profit above the $100,000 cap is forfeited.

My Funded Futures Drawdown and Consistency Rules

The drawdown rule is the single most common reason accounts fail at MFF. Getting this wrong once ends your evaluation or funded account instantly. The consistency rule won't fail your account, but it can keep you from passing or getting paid until your profits are spread across enough days.

EOD trailing drawdown (Rapid EOD, Builder, and Pro)

All MFF evaluations use End-of-Day (EOD) trailing drawdown. This is also the drawdown type on Rapid EOD, Builder, and Pro sim-funded accounts.

In practice, "end of day" means your drawdown floor updates based on where your account closes each session, not where it peaked intraday. So if your equity swings up $1,000 during the day but you close flat, the floor doesn't move. That gives you room to let trades work without the drawdown tightening against you mid-session.

Intraday trailing drawdown (Rapid funded accounts)

Rapid funded accounts use an intraday trailing drawdown instead. Your max loss follows your highest equity in real time during the session, including unrealized gains, rather than waiting for the close. So if a trade runs up $1,000 and comes back to breakeven, your floor has already moved up $1,000 and stays there. The Rapid section above has the amounts and lock points for each size.

Open equity counts

This is the part that catches people off guard. Open (unrealized) losses are included in the drawdown calculation. If your floating P&L pushes your account below the minimum balance, even for a moment, your account is breached. You don't need to close the trade for it to count against you.

How the consistency rule works

The consistency rule caps how much of your total evaluation profit can come from a single day: 50% on Rapid and Pro, and 30% on Rapid EOD. Builder and the Pro 50K One Day have no consistency rule in the evaluation.

Here's a simple example. Your profit target on a 50K account is $3,000. You have a great Day 1 and make $2,000. You haven't breached your account, but you can't pass yet. You need to keep trading until that $2,000 day represents 50% or less of your total profits. That means accumulating at least $2,000 more on other days.

Going over the threshold doesn't blow your account. You just need more days to bring your ratio back into compliance. MFF even provides a consistency calculator to check where you stand on the 50% rule.

Rapid, Rapid EOD, and Pro sim-funded accounts have no consistency rule, which puts MFF in a small group. Most futures prop firms enforce consistency on either the eval or the funded side. Our futures prop firm comparison shows exactly which firms require it and when. Builder is the exception, with a 50% consistency rule on each payout.

MFF Payout Rules and Profit Splits by Plan

Each plan's buffer, minimums, and caps are covered in its section above. The payout process itself works the same on every plan.

Before your first payout, you need to complete KYC verification in your MFF dashboard and set up a Riseworks account, which is how MFF pays you. US traders can also be paid through Plaid/ACH. With your first payout, you'll also sign an agreement through Riseworks.

Most payout requests are approved instantly. Any that need a review are processed within 6 to 12 business hours, not counting weekends and holidays. Once the money reaches Riseworks, you can withdraw it by bank transfer or crypto.

My Funded Futures Live Account Rules

Once you're transitioned to live, you're trading real capital on a live brokerage account. This is not optional. If you're selected for live, you cannot decline the transition. Live parameters like the drawdown, contract limits, and profit split vary by plan. Here are the rules that apply to every live account, no matter what plan you came from:

Merged accounts: Multiple sim-funded accounts are merged into a single live account.

Sim accounts on hold: You can't trade your sim-funded accounts while you're live, and the inactivity rule doesn't apply to them in the meantime.

No inactivity rule: You can step away from a live account without a breach, though monthly exchange data fees still apply.

No fixed scaling plan: After 2 weeks live, you can ask your risk manager to review your contract limits.

Payouts: Payouts are daily with a $250 minimum. On your first live day, you have to wait until end of day to request, and after that you can request once per day. Requests sent before 11 AM EST are processed the same day, and later ones are handled the next business day. Once you request a payout, your contracts are set to 0 until it's approved and paid, so you can't trade in the meantime.

News trading: News trading is allowed on all live accounts, but MFF strongly recommends against it. Trading during news comes with high volatility, which can lead to slippage, poor fills, and orders not being honored.

Microscalping and DCA: Microscalping is allowed on live accounts but carries significant risk. Strategies that rely on minimal slippage and instant execution may not perform the same way in live markets as they did in simulation. Dollar-cost averaging (DCA) is also allowed but discouraged, especially adding to losing positions without a plan, as it may lead to liquidation.

21-day cooldown after a breach: If your live account is breached, a 21-day cooldown period begins. During this time, all sim-funded trading is prohibited and no new evaluations or resets can be purchased. After 21 days, restrictions are lifted. You can share feedback with MFF and in some cases a "Path Back to Live" plan may be offered based on your trading history.

Rapid live

Rapid live accounts use an EOD trailing drawdown and start at $0, so the balance can go negative up to the max loss limit before breaching. The max loss trails your end-of-day balance until it reaches $0, then locks there. Every size pays at a 90/10 split, with up to $5,000 held in Reserve.

When multiple Rapid accounts merge into one live account, the max loss limit increases proportionally and max contracts are set with the live team. Rapid EOD accounts move to the same Rapid live account at their size, 25K or 50K.

Pro live

Pro live accounts also use an EOD trailing drawdown and start at $0, so the balance can go negative up to the max loss limit before breaching. Every size pays at an 80/20 split, and your sim-funded profits go into a Reserve when you move to live. The 50K One Day follows the 50K rules.

Reserve Program (Rapid and Pro)

The Reserve is part of your sim-funded profits that MFF holds while you trade live. On Rapid, up to $5,000 goes into it when you transition, and anything above that stays available to withdraw under the normal payout rules. So a $10,000 profit day that triggers transition sends $5,000 to the Reserve and leaves $5,000 withdrawable. Pro accounts go into a Reserve too.

MFF pays out the Reserve as a performance bonus once you've had 20 profitable trading days on your live account and your total gross live payouts reach the amount for your plan:

Plan

Total live payouts needed

Rapid

$10,000

Pro 50K

$10,000

Pro 100K

$20,000

Pro 150K

$30,000

If more than one account moved to live, the Reserves pay out as one bonus, and the payout target goes up with the number of accounts.

If your live account hits its max loss before you reach those targets, the Reserve covers any negative balance, and the rest goes back to your sim-funded account, which you can withdraw from but not trade. The buffer on that sim-funded account, which normally can't be withdrawn, also becomes partly withdrawable: 50% of it if you traded the account for fewer than 30 trading days, or 80% if you traded it for 30 or more. For example, if $3,500 goes back to a Pro 50K sim account traded for under 30 days, the first $2,100 is buffer and pays out at 50% ($1,050), and the remaining $1,400 pays at the normal 80/20 split ($1,120).

Builder live

Builder live accounts use an EOD trailing drawdown and keep the max loss option you picked at checkout. Every size pays at an 80/20 split with no consistency rule, and Builder has no Reserve. Builder is capped at 1 live account, while other plans may allow multiple live accounts for high-performing traders at the risk manager's discretion.

MFF News Trading and Restricted Activities

MFF has standard news protocols that apply across all accounts, including evaluations. On top of that, Rapid, Rapid EOD, and Pro sim-funded accounts have additional T1 news restrictions.

Standard news protocols (all accounts)

On every account type, including evaluations, you must avoid having any positions or orders in the book within 2 minutes before and 2 minutes after any news data release. If news is at 8:30 AM, all positions must be closed by 8:28:00, and you can't re-enter until 8:32:00. This includes limit orders sitting in the order book. Strategies that exploit news bursts (such as straddles or strangles) are also prohibited on all accounts.

T1 news events

T1 (Tier 1) news includes FOMC meetings and minutes, the Employment Report (NFP), and CPI. Energy traders also need to watch EIA releases, and agricultural traders need to track Ag reports.

On Rapid, Rapid EOD, and Pro sim-funded accounts, T1 news trading is fully prohibited. That means you cannot trade around these events at all, not just the 2-minute buffer.

Here's how the restrictions break down by plan:

  • Restricted (T1 news trading prohibited): Rapid, Rapid EOD, and Pro Sim Funded accounts

  • Unrestricted (T1 news trading allowed): All evaluations and Builder Sim Funded accounts

If you build your strategy around economic releases, this matters when choosing your plan. Builder is the only current plan that allows T1 news trading in the funded stage.

Other prohibited practices

MFF bans several trading behaviors across all account types.

Automated trading: High-frequency trading is not allowed, though automated strategies are fine as long as they don't exploit simulated fills.

Fill manipulation: Simultaneously placing multiple limit orders at the same price to manipulate fills is not allowed. Trading gapped or illiquid markets to profit from isolated fills is prohibited. Exploiting the absence of slippage on simulated accounts will get flagged.

Hedging: Hedging of any kind is banned, including across multiple MFF accounts. MFF defines hedging as holding buy and sell positions on the same underlying asset at the same time, such as long NQ and short MNQ.

Copy trading: Copying your own trades across your own MFF accounts is allowed, but copying another trader's trades onto your account is prohibited, and so is working with other traders to run identical or opposite strategies across separate accounts.

Device sharing: Each account must be traded only by the account holder on their own device.

CME rules and reviews: All trading must comply with CME Group rules. MFF passed evaluations are subject to review, and traders found in violation may not be funded and may not receive refunds.

Restricted products and contract limits

MFF currently restricts trading on silver (SI), copper (HG), platinum (PL), natural gas (NG), and E-mini natural gas (QG). MFF describes these as temporary restrictions due to commodity market volatility.

Micro metals contracts have their own caps: 3 on a 25K, 5 on a 50K, 10 on a 100K, and 15 on a 150K. Micro Bitcoin (MBT) counts as a mini contract, so an account capped at 3 minis can trade up to 3 MBT.

Your contract limit covers minis and micros combined, with 10 micros counting as 1 mini. On a Rapid EOD 50K, for example, you can trade up to 3 minis, 30 micros, or a mix of the two that adds up to the same. Going over the limit can breach the account.

2% price limit rule

CME caps how far a futures contract can move in a session, which is called the price limit. On sim-funded and live accounts, MFF doesn't let you trade a product once it's within 2% of that limit. For example, the CME overnight limit on equity index futures like ES and NQ is 7%, so once those markets move 5% overnight, you have to stop trading. CME updates price limits at 5:05 PM EST after each session, and MFF suggests adding a % Net Change column to your platform's quote board to see how close a product is.

MFF Trading Hours, Account Limits and Activity Rules

Trading hours

MFF allows trading from 6:00 PM EST (Globex open) through 4:10 PM EST (NY session close). Positions are auto-liquidated at 4:10 PM on regular trading days. Don't try to force trades back on after the close. MFF warns this can sometimes cause orders to go through and result in account disqualification.

During holiday hours, auto-liquidation does not occur at the early close. You're responsible for closing positions yourself, and any position still open at the close will breach the account unless MFF tells you otherwise.

Account limits

Evaluations: You can hold up to 10 evaluation accounts at once.

Sim-funded: You can hold up to 5 active sim-funded accounts when they're all 25K or 50K, in any mix. If you hold any 100K or 150K sim-funded account, the cap drops to 3 total across all sizes and plans. Some plans set lower limits of their own: Rapid EOD allows 3 on the 25K and 3 on the 50K, and Builder allows 2 on the 25K and 1 at a time on the 50K, 100K, and 150K.

Live: Your sim-funded accounts merge into a single live account. Builder is capped at 1 live account. On other plans, more than one live account is something you'd have to discuss with your risk manager, and MFF only offers it to traders with a long track record of trading live with MFF.

Inactivity and resets

Evaluation and sim-funded accounts can be closed if you go 7 consecutive calendar days without placing a trade. If you're going on vacation and won't trade for more than 7 days, tell MFF support before you go. Live accounts have no inactivity rule.

You can reset an account at any time, breached or not. A reset restores your starting balance and starts your progress over.

Restricted countries

MFF doesn't accept traders from a list of restricted countries, including China, Hong Kong, Russia, Turkey, the United Arab Emirates, Nigeria, Pakistan, and Vietnam. The full list is on MFF's Restricted Countries Policy page. You also need to be of legal trading age where you live and pass KYC verification.

If you travel to a restricted country, you can keep trading your existing accounts while you're there, but you can't buy new accounts or reset accounts until you leave. MFF recommends telling support before you go.

Bottom Line

My Funded Futures rules are straightforward once you understand your specific plan. The three things that end the most accounts are drawdown breaches from open equity dips, forgotten news restrictions on Rapid, Rapid EOD, and Pro funded accounts, and misunderstanding how the trailing lock point works. Many MFF rules change by plan, so know your plan's parameters before you place your first trade, and check MFF's help center for the most current rules, as plan structures and policies can change.

Frequently Asked Questions

How does the My Funded Futures trailing drawdown work?
Every MFF evaluation uses an end-of-day (EOD) trailing drawdown, which only updates at session close, not intraday. Once you're funded, Rapid EOD, Builder, and Pro stay EOD trailing, while Rapid switches to intraday trailing, which follows your equity high in real time. On evaluations and on Rapid, Rapid EOD, and Builder funded accounts, the max loss stops trailing once it reaches $100 above your starting balance. On Pro funded accounts, it locks at $100 above the starting balance after your first payout.
Does My Funded Futures have a consistency rule?
During evaluation, Rapid and Pro use a 50% consistency rule, so no single day can make up more than 50% of your total profit. Rapid EOD uses 30%, and Builder and the Pro 50K One Day have none. Once you're funded, the consistency rule drops off on Rapid, Rapid EOD, and Pro. Builder flips this: no consistency during evaluation, but a 50% consistency rule applies to each payout.
Can you trade news on My Funded Futures?
All MFF accounts must close positions and cancel orders within 2 minutes before and after any news release. T1 news events like FOMC, NFP, and CPI are fully restricted on Rapid, Rapid EOD, and Pro sim-funded accounts. Builder sim-funded accounts, along with all evaluations, allow T1 news trading. Live accounts allow news trading, though MFF recommends against it.
What are the My Funded Futures payout rules and profit split?
Rapid and Rapid EOD pay daily at a 90/10 split, with a $500 minimum per request once you've cleared the buffer. Builder pays at 80/20, with your first payout available 48 hours after your first trade, a per-cycle cap from $1,000 to $4,500 depending on account size, and 5 sim payouts before you move to live. Pro pays at 80/20 with a $1,000 minimum per request, your first payout 14 calendar days after your first trade, and a $100,000 maximum payout per user.
What are the max contract limits on My Funded Futures?
Contract limits vary by plan and account size. Rapid allows the most at 3 mini on 25K, 5 on 50K, 8 on 100K, and 10 on 150K. Builder allows 2 mini on 25K, 4 on 50K, 6 on 100K, and 9 on 150K. Pro allows 3 mini on 50K, 6 on 100K, and 9 on 150K. Rapid EOD allows 2 mini on 25K and 3 on 50K. Minis and micros count toward the same limit, with 10 micros equal to 1 mini.
What is the My Funded Futures Builder plan?
Builder comes in 25K, 50K, 100K, and 150K sizes. Every size has a soft-pause daily loss limit, from $600 on the 25K to $2,500 on the 150K, with $1,000 on the 50K. There's no consistency rule during evaluation, and you can pass in 1 trading day. The 50K offers two max loss options at checkout: $2,000 or $1,500. Payouts are 80/20 with a cap per cycle and a 50% consistency rule, and you get 5 sim payouts before moving to live. T1 news trading is allowed on Builder sim-funded accounts.
What are the My Funded Futures funded account rules?
MFF's funded rules depend on your plan. Rapid funded accounts use an intraday trailing drawdown, while Rapid EOD, Builder, and Pro stay end-of-day trailing. Rapid, Rapid EOD, and Pro drop the consistency rule once you're funded, and Builder adds a 50% consistency rule to each payout. T1 news trading is restricted on Rapid, Rapid EOD, and Pro funded accounts and allowed on Builder. Every funded account also has a 7-day inactivity rule and a payout buffer you need to clear before your first payout.
